RETURN POLICY
Excluding furniture
You have 30 days to return your order from the day of delivery.
The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
For returns within England, Scotland and Wales, there is a £4.95 return fee which will be deducted from your refund.
A surcharge will be applied to returns from Northern Ireland, Highlands, Jersey and The Republic Ireland. Please contact us if you have any questions about this hello@country-interiors.com
All returns must be reported within 15 days of delivery and returned back to us within a further 15 days.
We do not offer exchanges.
HOW TO CREATE A RETURN
You can request a return by logging into your account here.
Simply select the order with the items you wish to return, select the item/s and submit your request.
For returns within England & Wales, we will contact you via email to book your collection with DPD on a working day that suits you.
For returns within Scotland, Northern Ireland, Jersey and The Republic of Ireland, you will be sent a returns label to drop your return off at your local parcel shop.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been quality checked, we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods.
All returned items must be unused, in re-saleable condition and returned in their original packaging. If your returns do not follow these guidelines and are used or damaged, we will not be able to process a refund.
Please allow up to 5 days for your return to be processed. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.
We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email within 5 days of receiving your order.
