We aim to dispatch all orders from our Staffordshire-based warehouse within 2 working days.

Delivery takes between 1-2 working days from the first full day after your order has been dispatched (excluding furniture).
We use DPD Next Day service
We offer Free Shipping for orders above £120.00.
Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched (excluding furniture).
Northern Island and The Isle of Man
Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched.
Republic of Ireland and Jersey
We are so pleased to now offer delivery to the Republic Of Ireland and Jersey.
Delivery usually takes 3 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched (excluding furniture). We kindly ask for a mobile number to be entered during checkout - this is a requirement from the courier (DPD) for all international orders.
All of our international orders are sent with DPD who will contact you regarding customs duty owed. The courier may not be able to deliver your parcel and will therefore return it to us if you do not complete these.
If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Country Interiors will be deducted from your refund.

We aim to deliver furniture within 10 working days.
T R A C K I N G
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number for your parcel.
If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you should also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
G E N E R A L I N F O R M A T I O N
All of our orders are packed and shipped from our Staffordshire-based warehouse. We do not usually ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
We kindly ask that you use your tracking number to monitor your parcel and to update delivery preferences accordingly. If you are not in to accept a parcel and cannot provide alternative delivery options, your parcel may be returned to us. In this case, we will provide a full refund for the returned item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
If you direct your order to a local parcel shop or collection point, please check the amount of time you have to collect your parcel before it is returned to the sender (us). As above, we will provide a full refund for the returned item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
If in the unlikely event your parcel has been delayed, please get in touch and we will contact the courier on your behalf.
P R E O R D E R S
We may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
