We aim to dispatch all of our orders within 2 working days from our Staffordshire based warehouse.

All of our lead times below are from the first full day in which your order has been dispatched.

Mainland UK

Republic of Ireland and Jersey

  • Delivery usually takes approx. 3 working days.
  • Please provide a mobile number during checkout - this is a requirement from the courier (DPD) for all international orders
  • DPD will contact you regarding customs duty owed. The courier may not be able to deliver your parcel and will therefore return it to us if you do not complete these.
  • If customs, taxes or delivery is refused, the amount charged by your local authority to Country Interiors will be deducted from your refund.

Pickup Points (UK Only)

You will have to option to select a pickup point delivery during checkout, starting from just £2.99 based on your parcel weight.

  • Delivery | 3-5 days from the date of dispatch
  • To collect your order please take along your text/email collection notification and valid ID
  • Orders will be kept in the store for 10 days
  • After this time, any uncollected orders will be returned to the warehouse for a refund to be processed.


You can track the status of your order using the tracking number provided within your dispatch email. Most of our orders are sent with DPD who will contact you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour time slot.

Important Information

  • We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
  • Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
  • We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
  • If you direct your order to a local parcel shop or collection point, please check the amount of time you have to collect your parcel before it is returned to the sender (us). We will provide a full refund for the returned item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.

Pre Orders

If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
