Delivery & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days from the first full day after your order is despatched.
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number for your parcel. If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you should also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
Once your order has been despatched, you will be notified by us and will receive an email or text (if you provided a mobile number) from the courier along with a tracking number.
The courier (Hermes) will attempt to deliver your parcel a maximum of 3 times. Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not, to advise them of an alternative delivery option as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us in this case, we will provide a full refund for the item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
Our delivery charges are weight based and are calculated during checkout.
We offer free delivery for orders above £100.00 (UK Only - Excluding Northern Ireland).
We have recently increased our delivery fees for orders shipped to Northern Ireland due to courier cost increases. The shipping fee is weight based and is calculated during checkout.
We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you can cancel it within 14 days of delivery and then return it within another 14 days. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you use a trusted shipping service and keep a receipt of your returned item(s) as we will not be able to issue a refund if your return is lost in transit, however by keeping the receipt you may be eligible to claim compensation with your chosen shipping service.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 5 days for the refund to show in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.
We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email within 10 days of receiving your order.
As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item/s, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

From time to time, we may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If you order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
