We offer Free Shipping on orders above £100 (Excluding Northern Ireland)
Our delivery fees are weight based and are calculated during checkout.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days. Delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email along with a tracking number for your parcel.
If you provide a mobile number whilst checking out or setting up an account with us, you should also receive a text message from our chosen courier with delivery details.
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
All of our orders are packed and shipped from our Staffordshire-based warehouse. We do not usually ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
We are unable to accept responsibility for any parcels reported as missing if you have provided an alternative delivery option to the courier.
The courier will attempt delivery a total of 3 times. If your parcel is returned to us in this case, we will provide a full refund for the item/s which you ordered but cannot refund the shipping fee.
We may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or modified.
